Hello everyone and welcome to the Visual Poetry Club! This club was created because most poetry clubs don't seem to accept visual poetry, and us visual poets don't need to be left out in the rain!

The club is new, so please join if interested and help us grow!

Visual Poetry Club- Competition 1!
We are no longer accepting submissions for the competition now, the deadline has come! Well done to all the entries so far, in the next few days we will get down to judging and showcasing the winners!



The theme for this competition is spring.
The deadline for all entries is 22/06/2008 at 12.00 AM
23 hours, 36 mins to go!

To enter the competition send *Visual-Poetry-Club a note with Spring Competition as the subject header. Include the title of your piece and a link to it.

Rules and stuff.
- Submissions can't consist of just text, it must be a Visual Poem
- You don't have to be a member of the club to enter!
- All languages welcome but you must provide an english translation if you wish to submit in another language.
- There is no age restriction on this competition
- Judges MAY win, but may not have any vote on their own pieces placing. The judgments are done by majority ruling and averages.
- I must of received your note by the time the deadline closes.
- Important the deadline is in GMT!
- The judges will not comment on your work until the competition closes (for fairness sake)
- Your entry must be new (therefore posted AFTER 25/5/2008)
